Call Us Old Fashioned

Sip Slowly…Speak Easy

Potter’s Bar, is a throwback to the Prohibition era speakeasy, paying homage to this notorious period in Chicago’s illustrious history with a sophisticated lounge atmosphere bedecked with rotating digital historic imagery. Placing a spotlight on the illicit spirits that formed the basis of now-classic cocktails—namely bathtub gin, rum, and whiskey—Potter’s Bar showcases a cocktail menu of these time-honored tipples in their traditional, 3-5 ingredient form, offering perfected takes on the likes of the Aviation, Chicago Fizz, Whiskey Smash, and more. Potter’s will also serve an expanded menu of other signature cocktails representing vodka, tequila, and other spirits, coupled with light bites for snacking. Patrons can also expect secret passwords in true speakeasy form.
